Booking Policy

To ensure the highest level of care and availability for each guest, all appointments are thoughtfully reserved exclusively for you. As such, we kindly ask that any changes to your scheduled service be made with adequate notice.

Cancellations & No Show Policy

Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service investment.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service investment.

Late Arrivals

To honor the next guest’s time and ensure your full experience, please arrive promptly. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more past their appointment time may need to be rescheduled if the service cannot be completed within the remaining time.

Investments & Reservation Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your total service investment. Deposit amounts vary by service and serve to thoughtfully reserve your time, preparation, and personalized care exclusively for you.
